ManagedEditing provides editorial services—mainly copyediting and proofreading—for nonprofits, government agencies, publishers, and others. They sometimes seek skilled editors to work as independent contractors. Occasionally they also look for other publication professionals—such as writers, graphic designers, and indexers—to partner with them on publication projects.
