THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As our Talent Systems Manager, you will build and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and all systems integrated with our ATS to support our company growth. You will provide project management and future development systems, including systems upgrades and new applications and functionality. You will partner with the Talent Leadership and Talent team by building deep partnerships and champion enthusiastic new ways technology can advance our employee experience. Your focus will be on candidate and new hire related business system applications (e.g. Lever, Workday, assessment tool, reference check tool, background check system). Your role is critical in our continued efforts to create a seamless and positive employee experience. This successful candidate will deliver flawless execution of strategic roadmap projects.
This role is remote friendly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead the Talent technology stack, includes our Applicant Tracking System (Lever), integration with WorkDay and other systems to optimize the effectiveness and consistency.
- Establish and implement a talent technology roadmap that outlines stakeholder requirements, prioritize enhancements and improves system capabilities and user experience.
- Own the selection, implementation, and administration of systems, tools, and resources; customizing configurations, integrations, streamlining workflows, and enabling users to be more efficient and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Create and maintain process documentation and maps, training materials, and job aids. Communicate process updates and participate in training to drive change.
- Manages relationships with software vendors and ensures the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Lead the project prioritization process and communicate project delivery timelines to partners.
- Closely collaborates with Talent Leadership, recruiters, talent operations, analytics, program management, and employment brand
ABOUT YOU
-
- 5+ years in recruiting systems leadership role and project management experience with business mindset approach
- Focused on problem solving. Demonstrate ability to diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday preferred) and other tech tools to scale operations
- Proven performer on ensuring systems are efficient, effective, data integrity, and the best candidate/new hire experience
- Experienced with vendor management, contracts negotiations, implementation of new systems, testing, integrations, creating training documents, tracking job postings and employment branding tags
- Ability to work with sensitive candidate/employee data and ensure that all data is handled according to legal and compliance requirements
- Passion for developing and coaching others, and understand that as a manager, you serve your team, the Talent team and the company
- Customer service oriented with a true interest to help others find solutions to their questions
